The a lot more aggressive Z07 package adds larger winglets to the front splitter, along with an adjustable rear spoiler and Michelin Pilot incredibly sport cup tyres, plus Brembo carbon-ceramic brake discs. buyers can also choose from two seating options including a a lot more comfort-focused GT seat or a competition sport seat, fitted with larger side bolsters for added support.
At the heart of the Z06 Convertible is the supercharged 6.2-litre V8, developing 625bhp and 861Nm of torque. Power is transmitted by means of an eight-speed automatic gearbox or seven-speed manual option, with an electronic limited-slip differential help managing the power.
Despite Chevrolet announcing its withdrawal from European markets by 2015, classic models such as the Corvette will continue to be used in the UK but in left-hand drive only.
