The Peugeot 5008 MPV has been given a mid-life facelift, bringing the seven-seater’s looks in line with the firm’s most current models. The subtle restyle has also brought new specs and revised prices, starting from £18,800 – a minor increase over the previous model.
Now fitted with the brand’s ‘floating’ grille, the 5008 is also fitted with new headlights which feature an LED strip in the lower portion. other changes include a new 17-inch alloy wheel design and chrome trim surrounding the front fog lights embedded lower down in the front bumper.

Spec levels remain the same, with entry-level access (£18,800), mid-spec active (£22,550) and range-topping allure (£23,150) all being available. enhanced spec on all trim levels indicate starting prices increase by £200, £300 and £350 respectively for each trim.
Kit such as a reversing cam and a new colour head-up-display are now come as conventional on allure models, with access and active spec now fitted with front and rear vehicle parking sensors.
Engine options remain unchanged with three diesel and two petrol variants. The 115bhp 1.6-litre HDi diesel model is available with either a six-speed manual or six-speed ETG6 automatic gearbox, with the automobile version returning best in range 65.7mpg and emitting 113g/km of CO2. There are also 150bhp and 165bhp versions of the 2.0-litre HDi diesel engine, both of which only come with the option of a six-speed manual.
Petrol engines come in the shape of a 1.6-litre VTi and 1.6-litre THP developing 120bhp and 156bhp respectively. Both return in excess of 40mpg. Sales on the facelifted 5008 are already underway.
